About this role
Rockinghorse Children’s Charity is seeking volunteers to support the input of information on our internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database called E-Tapestry.
Rockinghorse rely on our E-Tapestry database to keep information on our supporters, including their donation history, event participation and contact information. This enables us to make sure that we keep in touch with our wonderful donors, include them in our regular newsletter distributions, thank them for their support and invite them to take part in Rockinghorse events and campaigns.
However, we know that we have some work to do to make sure the information on the database is as up to date as possible, cross-referencing our previous contact lists and matching email addresses to supporters who may, or may not, already be on our system.
So, we are looking for a volunteer, or volunteers, to help us achieve this goal.
