Volunteering is a great way to share your skills, get involved with your local community and gain valuable experience, not to mention have some fun.

Whether it’s cheering on our runners at the Brighton Marathon, bucket collections at your local supermarket, or attending our wonderful annual Rockinghorse Ball, every single volunteer helps us to continue our work throughout the local community.

People choose to volunteer for various reasons; it’s a chance to give something back to your community, enhance your CV, or gain confidence and self-esteem. And of course it’s a great feeling knowing that you’ve helped a local family with a sick child.

We rely on Rockinghorse fundraising volunteers to help us continue our work and we are so grateful to everyone that volunteers for us – you are all amazing!

At each event we will run through what all volunteers will be doing throughout the day so you know what to expect.
