Woodland Wellbeing and Pottery Painting

Woodland Wellbeing and Pottery Painting
Young people with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME) or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) often miss large amounts of time at school or are on reduced timetables which can impact on their social connections and peer relationships.
The Paediatric ME/CFS Service have applied for funding to organise some Woodland Wellbeing sessions in Stanmer Park, which will aim to help promote these peer relationships, their social connections and improve their overall wellbeing.
And for those that aren’t able to manage these sessions, the team want to organise some pottery painting sessions where they are able to enjoy a creative activity away from the hospital, with others their age with the same diagnosis.
Thanks to Little Lives for funding this project.
