Sensory Equipment
Sensory Equipment
Children’s Services across the NHS always need more sensory equipment to support their work with children and improve the care they provide their young patients.
The team are seeing an increasing number of children and young people with neurodiversity, autism and mental health conditions in environments within the hospitals that can be far from suitable for them.
As a result of this, we are funding a range of sensory equipment that will be able to help improve their experience and reduce anxiety and stress for the children, their families and the staff providing care.
