Being diagnosed with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) as a child can create a lot of worry and anxiety; what does the diagnosis means, what’s the treatment, how will it impact on my life, and so on.

So having factual but accessible information, in an age appropriate format, can really help children and their families understand their diagnosis and how best to manage the condition.

The Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital diagnose a child with IBD every week so lots of young people will be able to benefit from these great new books.
