Sky high charity fitness challenge with F45

International fitness phenomenon, F45, is set to take fitness sky high with an exclusive takeover of the British Airways i360 in aid of Rockinghorse.

F45 Brighton Central is holding the world’s highest fitness class in the moving observation tower on Saturday 21 April from 9am. This one-off event will take F45 from their Fleet Street studio into the i360 dome as the pod takes flight above the Sussex skies.

The event will be raising funds to support our ongoing projects at the Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital in Brighton and the neighbouring Trevor Mann Baby Unit. Participants will have the opportunity to experience the world’s fastest growing fitness phenomenon in one of Brighton’s most iconic locations.

F45 Brighton Central opened its doors at the start of the year and has been soaring since. F45’s team-based training places a huge emphasis on motivation, innovation and results. The F stands for functional and the training mimics activities performed in everyday life such as, squatting, lifting, pushing and pulling.

The fitness class will last for 45 minutes and will be taught by four of F45 Brighton Central’s training team along with a live DJ to keep the music pumping! The pod will take off and stop at the top of the i360 tower for 15 minutes before beginning its descent, whilst the T10 class takes place.

Jane Roche from F45 Training, said: “We’re delighted to be taking our signature F45 workout to the skies on the British Airways i360. We have committed to partnering with Rockinghorse throughout 2018 and we want to raise as much money as possible for the charity. We are super excited to see people experiencing our incredible F45 workout in such a unique location in the city.”
