New date for iDrop Abseil

Following the postponement of the original date for the iDrop Charity Abseil due to adverse and freezing weather conditions, we are delighted to announce that a re-scheduled date has been confirmed for Saturday 28 April.

The event is the first public abseil from the British Airways i360 on Brighton seafront, where participants will be lowered, either manually or mechanically, from the open pod doors at 450ft.

The iDrop challenge will be operated by Belay Ropes Access and will see 32 people taking part, who have each committed to raise £1,000 in sponsorship for our Trevor Mann Baby Unit appeal.

You can show your support for our daredevil participants on the day, by joining us between 8am-12pm for what promises to be an exciting morning! Meet them here.
