We are pleased to announce our partnership with Brighton and Hove Triathlon, having been chosen by organisers of the event as one of their official charity partners for 2016.

The race, which takes place on Sunday 11 September, is the biggest closed road triathlon on the south coast and includes an open water swim, flat cycle leg and a run along Brighton’s iconic promenade towards the new British Airways i360 tower.

This year organisers have picked two local charities to support for the inaugural race. As the official fundraising arm of the Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital, we raise money for life-saving and cutting-edge medical equipment and provide items necessary to every young patient’s treatment, ensuring that they are treated to an environment better suited to their needs.

Hannah Seltzer, Challenge Events Fundraiser at Rockinghorse, said: “We are delighted to be working with Brighton and Hove Triathlon and are really grateful to be chosen as an official charity partner.”

Lisa Clayton, Director of Brighton and Hove Triathlon, added: “We are thrilled to have Rockinghorse as one of our charity partners. We hope their fundraisers raise lots of money for such a worthy cause, and most importantly, enjoy the race!”

We’re looking for supporters to take part in the triathlon and help raise funds for sick children in Sussex. Registration is £49 per place and we’re asking participants to raise £350 in sponsorship. To sign up or find out more, call Hannah on 01273 330044 or email
