This year’s Rockinghorse Golf Day took place last week at Mid Sussex Golf Club, with 11 teams enjoying a round of gold on the beautiful course.
The 44 players came along to this year’s Rockinghorse Annual Golf Day at the Mid Sussex Golf Club in Ditchling on Friday 22 May.
Set in the beautiful surroundings of the South Downs, the Mid Sussex Golf Club was once again a fantastic venue for the teams to enjoy 18 holes of golf followed by a delicious lunch.
Thanks to a range of fundraising throughout the day, including a raffle and an auction, hole sponsors, and mulligan vouchers, the event raised over £4,500, which will go towards ongoing projects and services to help children across Sussex.
The overall team prize was won by Omni HR, a Tunbridge Wells based HR company, winning the Rockinghorse trophy that was kindly provided by James Ross Jewellers.

A perfect day of golf
David Howells, from Rubicon Regen, really enjoyed the day, He said, “It was a fantastic day, extremely well organised, we all enjoyed it, great weather, great course and a wonderful charity to support.”
