It’s easy to get involved
There are all sorts of ways in which we can work together as part of your Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) such as Payroll Giving, attending one of our events, or organising a charity event of your own.
It’s also a great way to build team morale and have some fun, plus supporting a local charity will help you appeal to new employees.

Here are some ideas for how your company can get involved.
Nominate Rockinghorse as your Charity of the Year
Many businesses now choose to nominate a Charity of the Year which allows members of staff to focus their fundraising to a particular cause. During this year, your company will pledge to raise a certain amount of money for the charity via a number of fundraising initiatives set up by members of staff or a dedicated charity or community team.
Payroll Giving
This is a simple and tax-effective way for everyone in your company to make a contribution to Rockinghorse. Some companies choose to match contributions given by employees and many people see the scheme as an employment benefit. To find out more about Payroll Giving, please click here.
Get involved in a Rockinghorse event
Throughout the year we host various fundraising events such as our Best of British sporting lunch, annual Mid Summer Ball and much-loved Dragon Boat Festival. We also have places available at many challenge-led events, such as the Brighton Half Marathon, full Brighton Marathon and the London Marathon as well as a host of cycling and trekking events. Hold your own Rockinghorse event
Organising your own event is a fun and great way to raise money. Whether it’s a pub quiz, five-a-side football tournament or gala dinner, we can offer you support along the way. We’ll provide you with a fundraising tool kit, literature and information on Rockinghorse, banners, balloons and an official logo. To find out more, please click here.
Organise your own golf day
Putting on a golf day can be a great way to bring your colleagues and friends together to enjoy a day of golf while raising money for us. Event sponsorship
We pride ourselves on offering unique, great value sponsorship packages for our events which take place throughout the year, all of which present many press opportunities and provide exclusive branding opportunities. Please contact us to find out more.
In-kind support
It’s not all about the money! Some companies are able to support us by providing products, goods and other services which are of huge benefit to the charity. For example, Trident provide all our computer equipment and ongoing IT support and Shredded Neat provide us with a safe and secure shredding and recycling system.
Volunteer for Rockinghorse
We’re always looking for volunteers to help us at various events throughout the year and many companies encourage their members of staff to support us in this way. Your company may even offer a match-giving incentive scheme against money raised at the event volunteers have attended, or against the value of the time spent at an event by volunteer staff.
