Have you ever wanted to know how top chefs create their delicious food? Then this is an amazing opportunity to join our live stream event where you can find out the tricks of the trade from one of Brighton & Hove’s top chefs, Stephen Edwards from etch. in Hove.
During the hour and a half event, sponsored by Fish Galore, City Utilities, Retail Distribution Services and Piglets Pantry, you will have the opportunity to watch Steven create a dish from scratch and ask questions about ingredients and techniques all from the comfort of your own home.
Your ticket price includes access for your household to this great virtual event, a bottle of delicious sparkling wine from Butler’s Wine Cellar and a signed recipe card from Steven. Plus, if you want to re-create the dish at home after the event, we will send you details of how you can buy a recipe box containing all the ingredients you need.
If you’re new to this kind of platform, it’s a great way to attend virtual events enabling you to watch a live streamed event and then at the start, halfway point and the end you can connect with small groups of people and move around the ‘room’ to chat. If you want to share this evening with some friends, we can also arrange for them to be seated at your virtual table so you can enjoy the evening together.

How to get your tickets
Tickets cost £40 per household and all you need to do is go to our online shop here to buy your ticket by Wednesday 17 March.
After you have purchased your ticket we will send you a lovely bottle of Italian sparkling wine from Butler’s Wine Cellar and your signed recipe card. We will then be in contact with you closer to the event with details on how to access the virtual platform on the evening of 22 March.
