Ambition 4: Profile and Influence

Expand our network, audience, and influence as the leading Sussex children’s charity to ensure we can be there for every sick baby, child and young person.

We will achieve this by:

  • Expand our work with the media, media partners and others who can help us get our message out to people who can help us support more children.
  • Building on our knowledge of what children and young people need – communicating this to those that can change things and funding projects that make a difference to children and their families.
  • Developing a digital first approach to make it as easy as possible for people to find out about our work, join in or donate using our website and social media channels. This will help us do more and be more effective.
  • Profiling our quarterly campaigns that include clear messages about what projects we are raising money for and how people can get involved.
  • Continue to champion the incredible work that everyone who works for the NHS does.
