Community groups

Rockinghorse would like to thank the following groups for their support:

Kleeneze South
Customers and staff at Kleeneze supported Rockinghorse this Christmas and donated over 1000 toys which were given to children over the festive period. Without there support there wouldn't have been so many happy children this Christmas across Sussex and Surrey. For their support and fantastic effort we are all extremley grateful.

East Brighton Golf Club
Golfers at East Brighton Golf Club chose Rockinghorse as their charity of the year for 2011/12. They held some fantastic events including a ladies day, the captains drive and their charity golf day. In total they raised over £8,000 which is going to purchase a DASH monitor for the Trevor Mann Baby Unit in Brighton.

Hangleton Junior School
Staff and students at Hangleton Junior School raised over £900 for Rockinghorse in 2011. Fundraising began with a fantastic pyjama day which raised over £500, fundraising continued with collections at their Christmas carol concert. As well as the fantastic donation that they made they also collected toys, games and books which will be suitable for the new children's A&E department at the Alex Children's Hospital.

The Caravan Club
We would like to thank the Caravan Club for their fantastic donation of £1,000 that they made to Rockinghorse. This donation was made instead of sending their customers Christmas cards in 2011. Thank you so much for your generous donation.
