ROCK IT Recycling supports Rockinghorse
ROCK IT Recycling has announced their support of Rockinghorse through a new fundraising partnership.
The partnership will see ROCK IT Recycling engage in a new initiative to raise funds which will provide a localised ethical recycling solution for Sussex businesses.
ROCK IT provide an essential local service to collect and process redundant IT equipment which is then recycled, refurbished and reused in order to give back to communities and charities, like us. Providing a service across the South East, all their processes are approved by The Environment Agency regulations.
Jim Cunliffe, Program Director at ROCK IT, said: “We are delighted to be working with such a prestigious and well-respected charity and we look forward to a highly successful partnership. ROCK IT has a unique advantage for Rockinghorse corporate supporters, in that all equipment we process will help the charity. This will be either via a financial return or refurbished equipment to be utilised within the various Rockinghorse projects.”
Analiese Doctrove, Head of Fundraising at Rockinghorse, said: “We are pleased to launch our partnership with ROCK IT Recycling and very much look forward to working together. Their unique fundraising initiative will benefit us both financially and will also enable us to equip our local projects in Sussex with items if and when it’s required.”
This year celebrates Rockinghorse’s 50th anniversary and to mark our Golden Jubilee, we’ve launched our Sussex Giving for Sussex Giving appeal. We aim to raise £500,000 this year to be split between 10 children’s centres and paediatric services in Sussex. To find out more about these projects, please click here.Back to news
