Award winning chef shows his support
Award winning chef Michael Bremner, owner of Brighton restaurant 64 Degrees, has pledged his support for Rockinghorse in our 50th year.
He features in a brand new book where 365 of the UK’s leading chefs have donated a recipe, to be published in aid of a cause close to their heart. Michael has kindly chosen us as one of the beneficiary charities of the book, which is now available to purchase through ChariTable Bookings.
We had the pleasure of welcoming Michael and his partner Carla to the Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital recently, where he spent time finding out more about the services provided there and meeting staff, including Consultant Paediatrician Kamal Patel (pictured alongside our Head of Fundraising, Analiese Doctrove, below).
A must-have for all aspiring cooks and foodies alike, the Signature Dish book is available to purchase online. Each book costs £40 with £5 from every purchase being donated to one of the selected charities – so please choose us to benefit and help raise vital funds in our Golden Jubilee year!
We have launched the Sussex Giving for Sussex Children appeal, with the aim to raise £500,000 in 2017. These funds will be split between 10 children’s centres and paediatric services in Sussex, including the Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital in Brighton.
